Translation:
O Mother Saraswatee, please remove my ignorance.
You are the Goddess of sounds.
All melodies emanate from You.
All speech is Yours.
I am alone and incomplete.
I seek refuge at Your feet.
Please grant me Your love and blessings.
The saints and righteous ones understand and know You.
You are the language of the Vedas and the words of the Puraanas.
May You understand and know us as well.
O Mother, please give me the privilege to also obtain that knowledge.
You are dressed in white and the lotus flower is Your throne.
In Your hand is the veenaa and on Your head lies a magnificent crown.
O Mother, destroy the darkness of my mind and bestow upon me the
light of knowledge.

Translation:

Glory to Mother Durga, Mother of the Universe.

O Mother, when I meditate upon You, I become happy. My entire body

is consumed by Your love. Praise be to You, O Mother, giver of

prosperity.

O Mother Divine, let Your sacred mantras resound within me

throughout my life. Let all the distress of my life, both past and present,

burn in the fire of Your brilliance.

Praises be to You, Mother of the Universe.

O Mother, giver of auspiciousness, you have given me all the fruits that

I have desired. O Mother, no one comes to Your door and leaves emptyhanded.

Translation:

I worship the lotus-like feet of Shri Ram by whose divine grace all swell in bliss and prosperity.  

Through His grace, we attain happiness, a gift given to saints through meditation. His pure-hearted devotee takes chandan on the forehead.  

The Lord of the universe incarnates as Raam and dwells in Ayodhya. He married Sita the daughter of Janak. Shri Ram is the creator and the destroyer of evil propensities.  

He controls birth and death and the powers of penance. Shri Ram bestows peace on and removes the sorrows off of his dear devotees.  

We salute at Your feet, O Lord. Grant tender mercy and forgiveness unto us and dispel all fear and affliction.
